Use one row per confirmed customer. Keep unknown facts blank rather than guessing them.

Customer Name or Legal Name is required.
Cash/receivable, schedule, weekday, quantity, and Yes/No fields are checked before any future import.
Tax/company identifiers and addresses are visibly flagged as Profile Incomplete; they are never invented.
Typical Products and Typical Quantities use matching |-separated values, for example Raw Sushi Box|Cooked Sushi Box and 4|6.
QuickBooks and JoFotara actions remain outside the import process.
